About Counselling
Counselling is a talking therapy which takes place in a safe and confidential environment to allow you to share, process and navigate your thoughts and feelings. Over time, a supportive and trusted relationship can be formed, allowing you to work through your struggles without judgment.

My Counselling Services
I offer counselling in person and via telephone and video call. Sessions are an hour long, and the standard fee is £40 per hour. However, I do have a limited availability of concessionary rates, depending on your circumstances.
